If your a truck driver.
This place doesn’t allow overnight parking.
Your paperwork will have a delivery time. But they are first come first served unless the supervisor knows someone then they are first.
Only thing I can say is good. The crane operator is fast.

This place is hit or miss...1 star for if it's a miss you'll be there for hrs. It sucks sitting there and see nobody around doing anything. As far as harbor steel doing anything about this is funny when you see them reply with I'll talk to our receiving team from months ago and still the same.

Wanted to thank Harbor steel for a great experience. Today I was the guy who not only went to the wrong door but also brought a trailer that was to small. Someone had to be that guy and today it was me. Thankfully Gary went above and beyond to get me to the right area and was extremely patient and helpful to get me loaded and make our trailer work.

Had been doing business with this company for the last 3 years. After the last month or so of bad business practices, terrible customer service and repeatedly getting wrong material I will be taking my business elsewhere. Had to go there multiple times to pick up ordered material, waited over an hour and they still didn't have it. This last time I went they gave me the totally wrong material and tried to not exchange for the correct stuff. I called corporate and heard back 1 time. They still have not resolved the issue.

No overnight parking.
You can park on road. (No parking on road too)

Hard to find someone to get help.

Wait around 1 hour after unstrapping.
Unloaded in 5-10 minutes.

Delivery appointment time dose not matters,,, they will let there known drivers before you and make you wait 3-4 hours after your delivery appointment,,,, if you ask about your time they say do not behave rude just sit in your truck,,,, zero star

Really bad experience. Specially guy who in receiving office I think his name Mathew. How rude he is. He talking like sh1t. So management should take action this stupid person who don’t how to talk with someone. Humble request to management please tech him how to talk someone
