May be good with deer, pigs are disappointing tho. Wouldn't recommend for pork. Cuts are mediocre, bacon oversalted, pork shoulders came back whole, no in bone shoulder steaks or pork chops. I could have got the same quality in the backyard. Lesson learned. Go to Sheridan.

Lassiter’s does great deer processing for a low price. Customer service seems to be a thing with these guys, something I don’t encounter often.
