Recently needed a survey so called them. They took the information and got back to me after checking whatever they check. Said it could take a few weeks to get out to do the survey but they were here the following week. So got the survey that was needed and found all the people I spoke with to be very pleasant. Very satisfied with the job they did for me.

dont waste your time with these folks. they wont call you back and will make countless excuses. then hang up on you when asking them whats the problem. find another surveyor. there are plenty of them. fyi, no abuse like the excuse making owner. all that was asked was is this business legit. get back with your customers or dont. choice was clear by the company. seems you have a track record of this behavior. Please people save yourself time and get another company. To prove my point of lack of care. there has been no follow up by the company. Has time to respond to negative review but cant find the time to message their customer. folks, find yourself a new surveyor.
