This is by far the worst water/company I have ever dealt with. For starters DO NOT DRINK the water! It has a very weird smell and taste disgusting. It has ruined my families skin and hair. It has dried our skin and given us acne break outs. Haven’t had acne since I was 16 and I’m now 32. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever worked with, they don’t care about anything but their money, won’t help with anything, or even accept any kind of outside assistance! If you can avoid this company then do yourself a favor and stay far away from them! I’m literally trying to move away from hazerdville so I can get away from this company.

Moved out 4 months ago. We've contacted them 5 times to send us a bill for our final reading. They continue sending the wrong bill. Enfield needs to drop this contract.

I've lived in many places, this is by far the worst water company I've dealt with. Ridiculous and Insane fees. Horrible customer relations. Shuts off services without any notice, then issues VERY VERY high fees for turning it back on in a timely manner. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF POSSIBLE!

The Owner and CEO is a real gem. Thinks that $ 4.00 increase to a special set up account for Covid relief is NOTHING to him. Of course it’s not to Him. Very condescending and had to go through hoops to get correct info out of this “company”. They are VERY hard to work with. Very unsympathetic and lastly incredible RUDE. Especially the “women” that answer the phones. Very Un-knowledgeable about the balances due. Always get the “run around” with them. I could go on and on how much this company thinks they “own the world” “ & “I’m better than everyone” attitude. Extremely poor attitudes in MY BOOK.
