Terrible customer service. I’m considering getting a lawyer involved at this point. Seems like most of the people in my subdivision have given up and paid for repairs out of pocket due to the lack of response and the representative ignoring them. Will never go with this company due to their manipulative tactics and terrible customer service post purchase.

We had a great experience with our new home! Hunter and Sophia were helpful, informative and professional. We did see some delay while waiting on items, but they kept us in the loop and helped us along the way with questions. The construction super and customer service people were also very nice and able to address all of our items pretty quickly. We had a great buying experience and have friends and family looking as well.

I moved in back in April 2021. They walk through the house with you at closing. There was still so much stuff that was wrong. My tile was dirty. Paint all over the floor. There were holes in the drywall. Missed caulking all over. The concrete by my front door (hidden under a rug) was cracked and messed up. There was drywall and paint all over my back patio concrete slab. Red stains in the concrete in my garage. The paint job was terrible. He said it’s ok we’ll fix it just sign the papers. I trusted him and signed.

They did not follow through. I had to escalate to the regional superintendent to get anything done. It was so stressful and really an overall terrible experience. I’ve lived here 7 months. Now look at what happened to the shower in my guest bathroom that I’ve used maybe twice.

I’ve met several neighbors that have had similar issues. They pressure you into signing, then give you the run around and many people give up. Just drive down the block and look at the exterior paint job. One neighbor has a huge obvious x that does not match the rest of his house. I bet he gave up on getting that fixed too.

They follow up after 1 year to fix things. You bet I’ll be paying a professional home inspector and then give them the list. Buy somewhere else. If you have to buy here, DO NOT SIGN until it’s fixed. They said oh you already signed so we don’t have to fix it. Yeah, right buddy.

Well sales is great love my new home but when you close don’t trust the person you doing your walk threw with! He will promise you all types of stuff and will not follow threw and lie! If stuff is not done don’t sign off make the fix it or get it in writing! Because they will give you the run around! And if you complain on him lol he will be short disrespectful to you in your own house and definitely will not follow threw with any of the repairs he promised and just know complaining to Dr Horton will get you no where 1st time buyer and have learned a lot.
