Working with the Heinold Homes & Renovations team has been a wonderful experience. Scott & Keith quickly responded to our inquiry about adding a screen deck to our barn. Keith arrived and walked through listening to all of our needs and requests for the project. We received a response and estimate in a very timely manner and you could clearly tell they listened. They also provided additional ideas and suggestions to make the addition look as if it had always been there. The guys onsite doing the build were amazing to work with. They showed a great deal of care and concern to the quality and the outcome of our project. In these times it has become difficult to find contractors and people who still provide quality and service to their customers. These guys really value you as a customer. We have used Heinold Homes for several home projects over the years. We recently decided to re-do our deck with composite. Zach was very honest about the condition of our old deck and that it really all needed to be replaced. Scott, Zach, Keith, Charlie, Patrick and Tony were all professional, courteous, honest, and friendly. The carpenters were very detail oriented. Communication was excellent and we were informed as to the job status. The project was completed on time as quoted. We are very happy with our new deck and would highly recommend Heinold Homes!

I approached Heinold Homes, requesting a quote via their website for a more accessible, full bathroom renovation for my elderly, widowed mother on the main level of her 100-year-old house where nothing is standard size, the plumbing may be original to the house, the wiring is out of date, and who knows what was lurking behind the walls. Heinold Homes said: Challenge Accepted!

I had a response to my online inquiry from Scott same day, and was assured that the team does many of these types of renovations every year. Zach and I did a phone consult within 24 hours. We scheduled a walkthrough and estimate inside a week. The job was scheduled immediately for next opening once I'd finalized my selections. Everyone was courteous, accessible, and explained the process, details, and answered my questions thoroughly and in very clear terms.

The entire project went very smoothly, start to finish. I really appreciated the expert suggestions and recommendations of everyone at HH, considering ease, usage, budget, and functionality. The project was completed on time, within the agreed budget (which is what was quoted!) and communicating with Project Manager Matt was super easy. My mother also mentioned how nice and pleasant all the onsite personnel were, including the subcontractors, who were very kind, courteous, professional and accommodating to her as they worked in her home.

Overall, working with HH far exceeded my expectations. I had several friends and colleagues tell me that I could expect my budget to balloon, the timeline to completion to triple, and for the PM to not return calls/messages. NONE of that happened. I know this is one of many projects that HH does every year, and on the smaller end at that, but I was treated like a VIP customer throughout the entire process. They transformed a rather dysfunctional bathroom into a beautiful, accessible, usable space that will allow my elderly, widowed mother to continue to live in her home independently for years to come. HH didn't just complete a renovation to make the main floor bathroom in my mother's home better - they literally helped give her a better quality of life, and for that I am eternally grateful.

The crew from Heinold were absolutely amazing! They built this patio around our existing fish pond with no damage to the spring flowers. The workers attention to detail during construction was impressive.

We hired Heinold to finish our basement as we were looking to get some more living space out of our current home. From the first meeting, we felt very comfortable with Scott and his knowledge and transparency. He got us scheduled and the job started quickly! Throughout the project, we felt very comfortable with the Heinold team, including our project manager Keith - they were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. The work throughout the project was exceptional, we were kept informed and the team was on schedule. The project finished on time and we love it! They even helped us a few weeks later make a slight adjustment when we bought a fridge that was slightly too large for the space - a few days later you’d never know it hadn't always been like that! We highly recommend and would definitely use Heinold again for future home remodeling.

Heinhold has done our bathroom and kitchen. Work on both jobs was fantastic!! They provided excellent communication each day regarding the schedule. All workers treated our home like their home. Heinold homes was wonderful to work with! Scott and Keith were so easy to talk to and found ways to get us a deck with in our budget. The quality of work was excellent. Never had an issue and they were always on time to the job site. The deck went up fairly quickly despite it raining a lot during the process. Charlie was very knowledgeable of how to build the deck to our liking and for a future project of possibly adding a roof in the future. He even stayed late to get our project back on track due to the rain. Would highly recommend them for future projects and look forward to working with them again on our household updates.

If you are considering a new home or renovation then I would definitely recommend Heinold Homes and Renovations. They went above my expectations as the process to remove and add a new portion of my home progressed. They informed me of potential problems and how to correct them leaving the decision to me. Every craftsman that came here had a pleasant attitude and was very friendly. I almost hated to see the project end with all the great people that work with Heinold.
