The business cut a piece of antique glass for me and placed it into a serving tray from an antique table. They did an excellent job and replaced the glass in a practical way I had not thought of to do. Very economical and I am very pleased.

Had my windshield replaced in a car I don't drive much. discovered water was leaking in, by the time I realized the water was coming from the windshield, my warranty expired. The guy was very rude to me on the phone & pretty much told me it wasn't his problem. I had battle mold growing in my car & spent too much money to get rid of the growing mold. Now I'm getting the all the carpet replaced in my car that costs more than the bill to get the windshield replaced from the very start.

Decided to go with this company to support small business. Turned out to be a huge mistake. Had my windshield replaced by them and they completely scrarched the paint and interior pieces on my truck. On top of that the windshield was improperly installed and leaks water and has horrible wind noise when driving at high speed. Took it to another shop in town to try and get it resealed because I didn't want further damage to my vehicle and they said it's so badly installed they have to put in a new windshield. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I am a mobile hail repair business who is temporarily set up in the area. I like to use small businesses when helping my customers have windshields or quarter glass parts replaced on their vehicles. I called this place and the man who answered the phone was so rude and clearly did not want to make my money. Told me I needed to “find somebody else” and hung up the phone. I immediately called back and asked why I was hung up on, then he proceeds to tell me that they “don’t have the time”. If you are too busy to take a new job, great! Good for you. But maybe be a little more respectful on the phone and tell me otherwise instead of hanging up on me. Junction city residents, I advise you to use someone else for your auto glass needs. Super unprofessional and rude employees. I now see why there are so many bad reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Gross first impression.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this company for automotive glass replacement. I used this company to change a windshield in my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am and went to pick it up at 3:00 pm. This company uses one guy to change windshields; a two man job. When I went to pick up my vehicle the guy that installed my windshield had left. I overlooked the work and noticed the grill that covers the defrost vent in the center of the dash was broken. There was a small piece of plastic inside the vent. I brought the damage to the attention of the company and spoke to the guy that installed the windshield. I was told that it was damaged prior to them working on it that it was concealed damage and that unless I had a way to prove it there’s nothing they can do. I showed the owner a video I took of my entire vehicle in the parking lot prior to having the work done. The owner proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t the same vehicle but it definitely was. Luckily the part damaged was $20.00. I purchased the part myself and replaced it. A week later I washed my vehicle and the windshield heavily leaked water. Water was running from the top of my windshield on the inside down into my gage cluster steering wheel and all over my dash on the inside. I took video of it and took it back. I explained that the windshield leaked heavily. The owner proceeded to tell me that my roof rack was leaking and that the sun roof was leaking ( this vehicle doesn’t have a sun roof). The owner Made several excuses about it leaking. I do not recommended this company. If you want your vehicle damaged, windshield to leak water, replace parts at your own expense, drive multiple vehicles there to have the work done several times, and like to be called a liar when you confront the employees about damage and issues with their work, this would be the place to go. However if you care about your vehicle, and don’t like to waste money, avoid this business at allllllll costs.

Do not deal with this company. I took my car in for a windshield replacement and they cut up my headliner in the process and are insisting the damage was there prior to the work being done. Not to mention they did not do a good job with the windshield repair in the first place. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. And overpriced. Avoid this place at ALL costs!!! They will do more damage than what they fix and then lie about it.

Just after a security door glass was broken, I called Wallace & Sons, the man who answered the phone said "You better get that covered up!" I said that's why I'm calling you! He said I can't help you.
He called the next day to see if I still needed them.

Went to get the driver side window fixed. I had to find the part myself. Then they wanted to charge me 130.00. To put it in. Do not trust this company. Go somewhere else.
