I started cutting with my rented chainsaw, and the chainsaw wood chipper would not cut like it should. I have used chainsaws for 30 years, so I really know what I am talking about. I asked them to give me a new chainsaw, and they thought I was trying to scam them.
Additionally,
I brought wood to show them how the chainsaw wasn’t cutting like it should. They asked me to stop cutting the wood because their chainsaw started smoking. They refused to give me a new chainsaw with a new chain. They only offered to give me a discount for another 24 hours. That’s BS.
I know when a chain is not sharp.

I WILL NEVER VISIT THEM AGAIN.
And you shouldn’t either.

This place will tell you to read the small print,when reserving equipment on line and the the young kid working there has no Customer service skills at all. so I took my business to "Sunstate Equipment rental " they are awesome just go next door instead save your self a headache
