Deceptive and dishonest sales practices. Salesman named Said acknowledged I was working with another sales person, to not quote me in the system and I could decide if I wanted to proceed later. I stopped by this location bc I happened to be in the area and wanted to test a tall vs standard ELC difference.

I went to purchase chair with my local sales person less than a week later, who spent quite a bit of time w me previously but we found out Said put the quote in the system so he would get credit for the sale

In the end, Herman Miller lost a customer and a sale because I refused to proceed with the purchase. Bad for business.

The employees are very helpful and informative about Herman Miller products. There are many chairs and desks to try out before you buy. There are limited availability of chairs in store but you can order in store and have it shipped anywhere. Very cool experience

Bianca Jimenez was excellent to work with to get our new HM Sayl chair! The experience was great, not pushy at all and we got to try out a lot of different models. Most were out of our price range but a few weeks after our in person visit, Bianca let me know about a sale discount code and I was able to purchase!

I recently purchased a Embody gaming chair, after spending roughly 2-3 hours in the store sitting in chairs. Sonia was my sales rep helping me land a decision. Sonia was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure to make me try out different chairs before purchasing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the attention and knowledge I needed before leaving the store with my amazing new chair.

I commend Sonia's fabulous customer service and will recommend visiting this store to all of my colleagues. I also want to add that Malik was extremely helpful over-the-phone. I spent weeks testing chairs, and Malik made me excited to visit the store in-person.

Herman Miller chairs are a health and life investment. I cannot emphasis enough how pleased I am with my shopping experience. Thank you!

I’m still in love with my chair 4 months later. My back pain has subsided tremendously, and I can sit comfortably for 10hrs straight if needed (clearly I recommend stretching frequently after sitting for a long period of time)

Highly satisfied with my purchase. I receive endless compliments on it and I wish they made car seats out of these chairs. Worth every single penny.

The boxes this chair comes in and with are so beautiful and well made <•• I had been on a call with Sonia when I opened the box; the boxes alone deserve a 5/5. The chair is intuition incarnated. Assembled, easy to fix, easy to learn how to use, beautiful, structural shapes taken from a dream. My back becomes feline I as sink into a deep recline. We went in store to try out the famous Herman Miller Aeron chair, and was greeted by Marianne? She was very enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. We went through all the functions, and witnessed multiple demos on various other chairs. She rolled over multiple chairs, and sold us a Aeron at a bargain price with the current sale. Thank you!! Will be back when it’s time to upgrade my chair~

We had an amazing experience picking out a new office chair at this Herman Miller. Bradley and Sonia were so friendly! Bradley walked us through all of our options and helped us pick the perfect chair for our needs. We ended up getting the Embody Gaming chair and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Stopped by today after doing some research. Since I live in Westchester, I figured the drive to Greenwich, CT would be pretty quick. The store is nicely laid out and had lots of tentative workers ready to assist.

I worked with Malik and he was superb. Demonstrated all the chairs I was interested in and show my girlfriend and I others to look at it. We ultimately decided on the Logitech Embody Chair! While pricey, it was aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Malik even assisted us with unboxing and putting it in the back of my car. Excellent place to visit and most importantly their chair quality AND service are worth the investment.
