I hired Drew Bradley, Electrical Project Manager, at High Caliber Construction upon the recommendation of my real estate agent following my move to Flagstaff and I couldn't be more pleased. Drew has had multiple challenges working in my home, but he always finds a solution, and more often than not, coming up with a solution far better than any suggestion I offered. He always gives me a thorough explanation of what he will be doing, he works efficiently, respecting my home by covering my furniture and vacuuming up any debris. If he can save me money by incorporating fixtures I already own, he works toward that end.
Drew is 100% reliable and efficient and I am blessed to have him as part of my "move-to-Flagstaff" team.

We love our mountain house; it has turned out just as we planned, and it has already served the function we dreamed of - providing a place for people to be together in comfort. High Caliber has some really top notch, honest folks to oversee the process that enabled us get to the final product. It took longer than we planned, but in the end it has been worth the wait. Wow, this team did a TON of work! Had three big renovation jobs I needed done and they worked with me the whole way. They were gracious as I changed my mind about things and we needed to make small (and some large) adjustments as the project went on. Everyone was professional and friendly. We selected High Caliber to do our home remodel. The project was extensive, and our home was transformed into something you would see in a magazine.

They stayed true to the bid and finished the project on-time.They take pride in their work and do all the little things that put them ahead of their competition. 1.) Their crew always showed up on time every day and worked very hard. 2.) During the demo phase they cleaned up at the end of every day. 3.) They required the subs come back to redo things that were not to their level without us knowing. 4.) They communicated with us almost daily through the 10- week project. 5.) They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They never treated us as an inconvenience, and took the time to answer the many questions we had from start to finish. They worked with our ideas and gave us great insight of how we can capitalize on our vision to make it better.

They advocated for us to give us exactly what we paid for and then some. We felt we were part of the team and they were absolutely enjoyable to work with. As you can tell, we are thrilled. 5- Stars in not enough for them.

We first sought them for counsel on our first home we purchased and Evan was very helpful navigating this big decision. We also dreamed about an addition to our home and, though we were not able to move forward yet, were blessed by Evan's effective and clear communication about what this would like like, helping us make a very informed decision. We have most recently worked with Eduyn, who went above and beyond to serve us, both by getting our house ready to rent (in a hurry) and connecting us with other people in town who would serve us best with the work needed to be done.
