Every person. I met here is awesome polite , positive attitude & energy . Normally a drop & hook sometimes live unload. Yes they do get busy things take time. Tonight I dropped early with no Mt trailer available. No room to live unload it happens . They are our customer. No need for people to leave bad reviews on them for being busy.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I guess it depends what you’re delivering. I got sent all the way around the building to the end and got offloaded in about 30 minutes. If you get assigned dock E consider yourself lucky.

I thought this would be a good review, but after dealing with quality and scale I can not. It is absolutely ridiculous the way they have you waiting for quality checks. All this land on the side and you hold us all up by waiting on the scale. Absolute fubar.

Leaving a review to give an update on how this location is for truck drives.. If you read the older reviews about this place stating about the ridiculous wait times expect it to happen. This place is very unprofessional and will have you waiting all day/all night for something that should only take a few hours. They show no decency and could care less about your time. Took 8.5 hours to unload a tanker even though they had room. Checked in was told to wait in staging until someone came back from break. 6 hours later was told to pull around back and took another 2.5 for sampling and unloading. This should be a 1.5 to 2.5 hour process max based on my experience. They do have overnight parking on a side street which is the only thing good about this place. Avoid!
*Update* Returned here months later and unfortunately and again nothing has changed. Long wait times for tanker drivers and hoppers as well. Was told I would be able to unload at a certain time and of course it never happened at this time.

People are nice, absolutely a well laid out facility. But the scale and sample procedure is stupid at best. Why would you have a truck scale, take a sample, then drive to the unloading area and then hand it to the lab tech ,wait on them, then wait on someone to ok you to unload. Then go back out to get your empty weight so you can wait another hour and a half to get that done. Start to finish should only take an hour and a half to two hours. NOT5 AND A HALF.

Lots changed in the several years since I've been here. No more overnight parking and they've locked the restrooms at the scale. Not as welcoming to truckers as they used to be.
