Hi-Tech Computers was a business I found online while looking for a place to help with a computer issue my daughter was having with her desktop. I saw all the 5 star reviews and gave it a try. Troy was awesome. He explained to me step by step what the issues were and how to remedy them. He pretty much did a brand new build. I ordered the parts based on his recommendations, so there was no markup, and I knew what I was getting. Took him 5 days for the finished product, 3 of which were waiting for parts. His pricing is very reasonable, and he is a very personable, nice guy. I will make sure to recommend him to anyone with computer needs. You can't miss with Hi-Tech.

Called to see if they carried a CPU I was looking for and unfortunately they didn’t but the guy spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me valuable advice and helped me make the right decision. Great service even though I wasn’t a paying customer. Will definitely be going here when the time arises that I need their service. Helping people just to help them is not common nowadays. Thank you very much for your time.

Troy was absolutely amazing. Within a minute he diagnosed the problem and refused to charge us. I would highly recommend him. Extremely honest and very friendly. Does work on appointments only which is a big plus.
