Charming mill and shop located in Enterprise KS, my group rode the Abilene and Smoky Valley train there. A man was in the mill room showing us how they make grain into flour or corn meal with vintage equipment. Then go next door to the shop and they have the flour and corn meal available to purchase, along with crafts, cold drinks, snacks, and Missouri ground coffee. I stopped short of 5 stars only because in my opinion, needs to be expanded just a bit, we all wanted to purchase items and the store was crowded, I'm sure you could sell even more!

We were here during the off season so didn't ride the train in from Abilene. We wanted to see it so we drove the 5 miles from Abilene. A pretty drive. A quant store and mill. We loved visiting with Maria. She let us go into the mill. We bought some flower and picked a recipe card for biscuits. Highly recommend

The train ride their was probably the best part. The mill was small and they give you 40 ish minutes to view it which was way too long.
