Idk how these people sleep at night. I wound up in a nursing home. I thought my mother had handled this. They somehow charged me $680 for one month of a vacant house. They also will not give anything saying how they got to that amount. I'm getting more fees because they're refusing to provide that info despite multiple requests. Then the place they sent it to added another $300. I cant pay that. I'm disabled now and don't have any money to pay. It's just insane how they are charging people these outrageous amounts. Thats how they paid for the new activity center. This is so bad. The whole day of debt hearings was just them. That's wild. Shame on you for taking advantage of poor people. You're exactly what's wrong with America. Profits over people is the American way I guess so not surprising. Your staff are just so cold and inconsiderate too. Bet you all go sit in that church pew on Sunday thinking you're a good person still though. When did being a good person become burying the poor in endless fees of debt they can't pay? Idk how you can be okay with that. Be reasonable and people will pay it. How hard is that? Why would you think burying people in fees would make them be more able to pay?

I moved and thought my bill was paid. Less then $150. Little did I know since I didn't recieve a new bill due to moving out of state that this is the ONLY place I have ever lived that charges interest on bills. Most a late fee but interest and alot of it. Considering the woman that worked there was always rude as hell they should pay the customer!! And they kept my deposit which should of cover it. But cities I guess can steal money and charge you for it. Don't even move here they are sweet on the surface but if your an "outsider" you will always be treated like one. Horrible city department and one of the worst places I have ever travled to.
