Room hadn’t been cleaned. I took photos. But it was very late and it was the last room they had and I was too tired to keep driving. Bed and pillows smelled liKe smoke. My room was supposed to have a coffee maker but it had been removed. The hotel lobby looked quite nice. The desk staff seemed nice but were not qualified to offer me any compensation. Had they been able to offer any small comp I might have been satisfied. I was told a manager would reach out They did not.
There were long and short black hairs all over the shower. There were dirty shoe prints on the shower floor. The night table had an oily substance and finger smears on it. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed
The bed was made and appeared clean but smelled strongly of smoke.
I paid almost 200 bucks for the room
As you can see by all of my other very positive reviews, I never like to leave bad reviews a but you did ask…

The hotel and rooms are tasteful and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was that the bathroom in my room was not very clean. There were spots of some liquid on the floor and hair around the corners of the sink and inside the shower.

A very nice and fairly new hotel. We were a little early for check-in, but the desk clerk let us check in anyway. She also gave us a suite so we had plenty of room. The room was clean and comfortable. I really like the Pancake maker in the breakfast area.

This property just opened in November 2024. It's clean, in good shape and it shows. They have also adjusted some of the features of the room to be more convenient. Mostly small things that make sense. For example, a couple of small coat hooks near the door so you can quickly stow your coat in a convenient place. Or, most importantly, a walk-in shower with enough space to turn around and a shower head that high enough that it doesn't hit you in the navel.
We will now make this our normal stop on our way from Denver to KC.

Facilty is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Female staff spend more time outside smoking together then at their desk. Our bathroom was not cleaned prior to check in. Pool was closed.

We were traveling through as a family, and we stopped midway on our trip to Colorado. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were blown away by the exceptional breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were just bummed that the pool was out of service.

When I walked in I first noticed the bed looked sloppy. I just figured the housekeeper was new and hadn’t mastered making a bed yet. It did cross my mind that maybe the sheets hadn’t been changed. When I went to the restroom there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower. Now I don’t know what was and wasn’t clean in the room. As I went to dinner a couple was telling the desk that the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and no new replacements. I won’t stay again.

Not a great experience. The hotel is only 3 months old and I will say the check-in clerk was very nice. The room hasn’t had a decent cleaning as there was construction adhesive all over the shower floor. There were chunks of grout lying on the bathroom floor and the shower frame and glass were not clean. There weren’t many guests there that night, based on the parking lot, and yet there was no milk for breakfast. There were 2 people sitting at the front desk looking at their phone so I asked if there was anymore milk and the guy just shook his head. Maybe instead of looking at videos he should have run to the store and bought a gallon.
