Would give them zero stars if I can. Just know If Samsung sends them out to repair your item your screwed. Very dishonest company. God forbid you have a single bug in your tv in Florida. They will void your warranty. I’d never buy another Samsung product. 1 year old $1500 s95b done because of a single bug. 1 bug to them is an infestation. Where is the infestation?

Unreliable and Dishonest Service – Avoid at All Costs

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Home Service Network. My experience with this vendor has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First, they completely failed to show up for the initial scheduled appointment.** Without any communication or warning, I was left waiting for hours, only to be informed that the appointment would be delayed by 12 hours and rescheduled to a later time. This kind of disrespect for the customer's time is unacceptable.

When they finally rescheduled, they didn’t even bother to show up. Despite their assurances, no one came to my home to diagnose or fix the issue with my Samsung appliance.

To make matters worse, they had the audacity to report to Samsung that they had visited the site, diagnosed the problem, and required additional parts, all without ever stepping foot on my property or even inspecting the machine. This blatant dishonesty is alarming and raises serious concerns about the integrity of this service provider.

In summary, this vendor is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest.** They have wasted my time, failed to deliver on their promises, and lied to both me and Samsung about their actions. I strongly recommend avoiding this service provider and urge Samsung to reconsider their partnership with such an untrustworthy company.

I can’t say this about any of the other services in regards to ac’s and dish washers but when it came to my Samsung 65inch tv Oleh was swift, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional! Thank you so much Oleh! I’ve had my tv since February and one of the sensors went out causing the screen to randomly black out and he fixed it so fast! Thank you!

My review was for HSN out of Glen Burnie MD. The company changed its name and location but using same Google information. Beware!!

12/24/2024 Update: Refrigerator still working after my DIY repairs.

04/03/2024 Update: One year later and still working after my $50.00 self-repair. Amazing how this company is in business.

10/03/2023 Update: As of today, it is still working. Maybe I should start my own SAMSUNG repair business and take their clients.

4/12: I figured out the problem on my own.
After I put the refrigerator back together, I found that the actual (only) problem was that the refrigerator side (sealed system) was low on freon. $50 in parts, vacuum pump rental, and a few hours of time and it's working again. See new photos.

Pretty SAD that a homeowner was able to repair what trained SAMSUNG technicians at HSN and the SAMSUNG online support could not figure out for their own product.

7/4: Both SAMSUNG and HSN will not respond. Wonder why?3 service tickets and the issue is still not fixed. This company's technicians do not know what they are doing. They don't speak English well so when they call SAMSUNG online tech support to get help, they don't understand the question or direction being provided by the English speaking online support.
First tech replaced parts after online tech told him that was not the issue. Second tech looked at same parts and then claimed he could not fix because the company does not work on products over 5yrs old.
My refrigerator supposedly has a 10yr compressor warranty but since they don't know how to fix it, they refused the ticket from SAMSUNG. Gets better. This is the only authorized service center for SAMSUNG in the DMV. I refused to sign the 2nd work order since the product was never fixed and they charged me anyway.
Charged 318.64 for service and parts that did not fix the issue. Both SAMSUNG and HSN management points the finger at the other for the refund. I filed a BBB complaint and posted several reviews. Also reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company since I did not authorize. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. Next step for us will be small claims court to attempt remedy.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not waste your time with them. My Samsung dishwasher broke. I had them come out to repair, they came out, and weren’t sure on what was wrong but had an idea, so I paid for the replace parts they recommended. Dishwasher still broken with same issue, yet they closed the ticket and want me to open another one and pay a new service fee. I get them to waive the service fee, so they came out again. Technician didn’t know what it could be and said he’d get in touch with Samsung and let me know what they thought and would get back to me. A week goes by and I never get a call back so I called them. Took me calling 10 times, and sitting on hold for an hour before someone finally answered. They told me, the ticket was closed as completed and that I’d need to open up another ticket with Samsung and pay a service fee.
A bunch of crooks who don’t know what they’re doing.
Dishwasher is still broken, I’ve given up and buying a new one. My Samsung dishwasher lasted 2 years.

Worst experience ever. TLDR: It took over 5 weeks to get our Samsung refrigerator repaired, and they charged us $400 for a covered service.

1) HSN will never answer the phone.
2) You can only leave a message during business hours.
3) You have a slim chance your call will be returned.
4) For us, every service was scheduled for approximately 10 days after we were contacted by HSN.
5) When our refrigerator stopped working we contacted Samsung and Samsung had HSN call us to set up a service appointment. Even though our refrigerator was nonfunctional HSN had no sense of urgency: the service call was scheduled for 10 days out. At the service call a guy showed up just for the 'diagnosis'. He confirmed there was a problem and we scheduled the next appointment to fix the issue for 10 days later.
6) Next service call was a no show. No call from HSN before, no call after, just me at home missing a day of work. Scheduled the next appointment for 10 days later.
7) Next service call was a no show again!. No call from HSN before, no call after, just me at home missing another day of work. Scheduled the next appointment for 10 days later. (I asked for the morning appointment window this time.)
8) HSN finally showed up and put a new compressor in the refrigerator. It didn't work. The refrigerator wouldn't get down to temperature and the 'new' compressor made horrible noises every hour. Scheduled the next appointment for 7 days later.
9) HSN finally showed up and fixed the problem, after we had no working refrigerator for more than 5 weeks.
10) We got charged over $400 for the compressor replacement. The compressor has a 5 year warranty. Our refrigerator is only 1 year old. I contacted Samsung about the charge and they said all charges derive from the contractor and that I would need to contact HSN to get the charge removed. But see bullet point number 1.

These people are the biggest JOKES! Our fridge had been leaking from the ice maker line since we got it and Samsung sent this company out to fix. The tech who came out got on the phone with samsung to walk him through the steps to troubleshoot because he had NO idea what he was doing. He emptied the ice maker and then turned it off. About 2 minutes later he determined there was nothing wrong with it, asked me to sign his paper and then left. I was shocked and immediately knew they were just trying to make some sort of quota and not actually fix the problem. I instantly got an email saying that their tech determined it was an installation error. LOL The customer doesn't install the water/ice lines into the fridge!! It was just so beyond belief that I couldn't even wrap my head around it. So, I called back Samsung because surprise when I turned the ice maker back on, it was still leaking!!! They sent out another company who actually spent the time to diagnose the problem. The tech found that their was internal damage from factory and was deemed unrepairable so Samsung now has to replace my fridge. It all made sense when I found out Home Service Network gets paid from Samsung for each work order that they take on regardless of whether or not they fix the problem. Not sure why Samsung continues to use this company but PSA make them send a different company the first time!

I was having ongoing issues with a defective icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator due to a defective design. After contacting Samsung, they agreed to send a tech out from HSN to repair it at no charge to me. After researching HSN reviews, I was nervous about it and wasn't expecting much since the reviews were generally very poor. However, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with how professional, courteous, and competent the HSN tech (Jin) was. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and fixed the problem promptly. He explained everything he did to fix it and even went above to clean the coils in the rear and help me set the proper temperatures. It's been about three weeks and it's still working great. Thanks Jin!
