From Jesse answering the phone to Jordan arriving at our home the entire experience was excellent, considering the circumstances for our call. Jordan arrived and first thoroughly went over our entire system and didnt just jump to steam the line first. He immediately found and fixed the issue while talking and explaining everything to me as he did it. We have used Homestead in the past for regular maintenance and have always been happy with their service. But this time for what I thought was an emergency and pricey situation I couldn't be happier with their above and beyond service.

If I could do 0 starts I would. I will never use this place again. The receptionist had attitude with me the whole time I was on the phone. More or less tried calling me a liar and saying they did things they did not do. The people that actually came to the house were as helpful as they could be.

An ice plug formed in our main line. I called Homestead at 9:30AM and they were over at our house 2 hours later. They were kind enough to call ahead to give a 30 minute notice.
They were very professional, they were considerate to our pets, conscious towards things such as not leaving doors opened, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the situation, fixed it, and gave recommendations on how to avoid it in the future.
5/5 without a doubt.

Attempted to contact them for thawing services as they were highly recommended by multiple people. Unfortunately they do not pick up their phone or return calls. Tried calling multiple times over a four day span and left multiple messages. None of my calls were returned.

Service has been scheduled with Glacier Point instead.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. We have had a long summer trying to get our septic installed by a different contractor and when that didn’t work out Ken came out, looked at the project and said he would make it happen. He stuck to his timeframe and he and his crew did an excellent job on the install. Thanks homestead! We appreciate it!

I’ve used Homestead for pumping my septic for the past few years. Over Easter weekend we had a septic back up. At 9:00pm at night on Friday the toilets in my house wouldn’t flush. When I went out to my clean out and removed the cap I got a really nasty surprise, thank goodness I stepped back quickly, let’s just say that area of my yard is not going to be the same. I called Homestead and after he asked me a couple questions the gentleman I spoke to advised me to try to snake it because there’s probably a blockage right at the tank and that it was most likely not frozen. He said he’d hate to have to charge me $350 for something so simple. The next morning I went to Home Depot and rented a larger snake than what I had and within five minutes of getting a snake in the pipe I had the blockage cleared. Truly honest people. It would’ve been easy for them to make a quick easy dollar but instead he did what was right for the customer and told me how I can fix the problem myself. I have and will continue to recommend Homestead Pumping and Thawing.
