Avoid this company and products at all costs. They are rude and do not reply. Called to request a replacement on a warranty issue and was told it would be mailed to me. I never received it. Emailed the same request and got a response from Kris who then ghosted me when I asked how soon she might get back with me. Called the tech line and spoke with a rude male who said they do not offer replacement pieces that break and suggested I buy all new units. I will never buy their cheap products again.

Just received 11909Mi and very disappointed with a quality: when product was formed an extra plastic weren't cut out, sticking out everywhere, openings are not cleaned out from an extra plastic, cannot stay flat on the floor because a plastic sticking out. A consumer Have to do a job for manufactory just to try this ramp. I fill sorry for your management ,quality control, and workers.

The alert system for our Brake Buddy quit working properly. After a phone call explaining the problem, the technician said he would send a new one to us. We were traveling, but they sent us via FedEx a new one to our RV park. We love our Brake Buddy! We love how this company stands behind the quality of their products.

I have owned and used 2 models of the Brake Buddy for nearly 10 years and 100k miles of RVing. I couldn’t be more pleased. Recently I had a problem and the company resolved it quickly at no charge, even paying shipping both ways, even though the unit was 5 years old at the time. You can’t beat reliability and service like that.

I brought some wireless trailers tail lights. Several years ago and I tried to use them last week they didn’t work. I called the company and they told me I had a lifetime warranty on them and they sent me a new pair at no charge. Great service.

I just bought 2 of their 10 quart drain containers. I got everything I needed to change the oil in my truck and located them conveniently under my truck. I put the drain container under my oil plug and removed the cap, but couldn't see inside the hole due. I removed the oil plug and oil started shooting everywhere even though I had them lined up. I couldn't believe what was happening so I located my 2nd new container and removed the cap and only then did I fully understand the problem. Their design has 3 small holes under the cap to allow the oil to drain in but they can't handle high flow and the design also creates a splatter situation. Now I have a major task of cleaning up oil on my concrete shop floor.

You want to deal with this company their customer service is 150% better than anything in my 62 years. Had a bad cable which shorted out the unit they sent me a loaner fixed my unit sent it back got damaged in freight sent me a brand new unit return my old unit everything paid for wow I'm impressed. Oh and the Brake Buddy works fantastic wouldn't go with another braking system easy peasy to use in any vehicle

Victor tire pressure gauges were made good once upon a time. Now they make junk. Mine gives error reading. I contacted them today though it costs less than $10.00. Now they want me to spend same amount on postage to ship it for repair.
