This has been a fantastic place to work. I began my career here and have promoted to a new position rather quickly. The front office is incredible and very kind In making sure I got all the necessary things done in order to start work. My team I work with has been a pleasure to work with. Since the “crack down” in social distancing at the Orion camp, crew morale has been down. When camp employees are asked questions about policies and covid, they become unnecessarily curt and cold. The ability to relax and allow ourselves to de stress at camp is gone. There’s no end in sight, and it only has gotten worse.
