I strongly recommend ICOR!! I was looking for someone to install a composite deck around a newly installed in ground pool. I googled "composite deck installation" and ICOR came up. I called and Kenny came right out. He was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had some great design ideas on the layout and I immediately felt that he would do an amazing job, and that he did!! He has an amazing core team of people . Josh, Steve, Mike and Jake were all so friendly and talented as well. It was obvious that the entire team really cared about the job and they were awesome! Mike even jumped in the pool (very cold) to work on the pool coping that they were kind enough to install for me. Kenny and crew installed a beautiful glass fence for me as well, and it was done perfectly. I can't say enough good things about the entire team. When building my home, I did NOT have a great experience, so they were a breath of fresh air and I appreciate all they did!! BTW, this is the longest review I've ever written!!

My wife and I were looking to replace our old deck, and chose Kenny and his team. We are thrilled with our decision, and the finished product is amazing. I wanted to highlight some important aspects to their work: precise planning, strong knowledge and educating the customer in simplistic terms, clearly communication in organizing and executing the plan, and tenacity to getting the job done on time, within budget.

When Kenny came out to provide us a quote, he detailed specific items to our project, reviewing with us the old foundation, types of wood, spacings of beams, and what it meant to moving to composites. After we chose his team, he went into detail on the different types of composite solutions, types, and layouts.

The knowledge of the team is extensive. We reviewed many different composite layouts, which was new to us, why they are done, with framed concepts. We talked to how to adjust the solution to meet our current deck 's dimensional patterns. Talked to color choices made by previous customers detailing the solutions. The provided a detailed estimate, and stuck to it throughout the execution of the plan.

The explanations of their choices was detailed but simple, and all of our conversations were organized within their systems, along with billing. This simplified the overall process, making it easy to follow, based on our feedback to the Team, and how that decision impacted their plans.

The team is professional and tenacious in how the kept to their schedule and plan. At any time there was a decision to be made they kept us in the loop, uncovering anomalies in the old deck and working through them, changes we suggested in framing the surface, working through some very challenging weather, keeping the yard in order during the work.

I would highly recommend this team for your future work, either decks, kitchens, bathrooms, and other house related constructions. We plan on using them in the near future.

ICOR remodeled our kitchen this year, and we’re glad they’re the team we chose. Jake’s craftsmanship is phenomenal, Steve is great at thinking outside of the box, Josh and Kenny go above and beyond with costumer service and solutions. In addition to their work, we felt comfortable with them in our home, around our children, and our dogs. If ever we have a project in the future, ICOR will be our first call.

While I could go on and on about the quality of the work, that would just echo all the great reviews for ICOR. What really sets them apart is their team and how much they care about their clients.

Kenny, ICOR's owner, truly makes every effort to ensure you are satisfied and expectations are exceeded. We had two complete bathroom remodels done and he was there every step of the way.

Also, when you work from home, disruptions can be expected when having major renovations done. I will have to say, Josh and Mike, two of the many fantastic team members of ICOR were like "contracting ninjas" --- you literally wouldn't know they were there half the time! So incredibly caring with how they kept the noise down; cleaned impeccably after each day; and showed true dedication to their craft.

We used ICOR to remove a load bearing wall that separated two equal sized rooms (living room & family room) on our first floor. Our goal was to create a large living room that would add a feeling of openness to our home, and allow us to host large family gatherings.

This was not a simple job, and required rerouting of heat and water supplies/returns, drainage, and electrical, as well as the fabrication and installation of a 16 foot steel beam, supported by steel posts, lally columns and foundation footers in the basement (All of which were installed by ICOR). The beam was recessed into the ceiling, and is not visible. Our project was a tall order, and ICOR DELIVERED!

ICOR expertly handled the project from demo to finish work, and their subcontractors for engineering, plumbing, and electrical were also fantastic. From the beginning, Kenny took time to explain the process in a way that we could understand. Any questions were quickly answered, and concerns were met with respect and addressed quickly when needed.

Kenny's team was courteous, timely, and hard working. We worked primarily with Mike, Josh, and Steve, all of whom reflected Kenny and ICOR's company values.
