Spend 3 hours just to check in with guard, and another 6 hours to get loaded, avoid this place at all cost, management do better. Respect truckers time,stop scheduling 25 trucks at one time.

Terrible terrible organization and logistics here. They let 20+ trucks into the yard, no one can move and then the yard guy yelled and cursed at me (I was co-driver sleeping in the cab) for not moving when I had no where to move and was blocked in, while driver was checking as he was told to do.
Fix your yard logistics!

Also everyone has to make a blind turn to park. Just reverse the traffic flow of the yard

Edit: my appointment was at 3pm, got here at 1pm. Loading itself only took 30mins. I left at 8pm. Yes the lines and traffic is that bad

This shipping facility has an inefficient process. Upon arrival, there is a 2-3 hour wait at the security guard check-in, followed by another wait at the shipper's office for verification of the driver and company through the broker. This verification process can take several hours, sometimes up to 4-6 hours. After verification, the loading process begins and typically takes at least 4 hours. Due to these lengthy delays, I do not recommend this shipper.

Really idiotic place.
They book 20-30 loads all at one time, so there's twenty trucks waiting in the street to get loaded. And then here comes the PooPoos to write citations for it.
These jerks also made trucks run through the employee parking lot so as not to anger the city authorities. Doing that poses a risk to property damage because its very very tight. Just ridiculous!
Do these people have any sense of logistics andl appointments? And it's a terribly long process of checking in.
First time here. Hopefully it will be my last. They have absolutely no idea how to streamline their operation.

As a truck driver, do not come to this warehouse. You will experience the worst loading experience in the United States. Bar none. Loading time here should be calculated by days, not hours.

Absolutely ridiculous check in process. You actually check in on the east side of the building, but you enter in the west side driveway marked “no trucks” then make a sharp left (and I mean sharp) where the four wheelers are parked to get in line for check in at the guard shack (1 hour wait) There’s no parking or waiting on the street (city code enforcement will write you a citation) whoever decided this traffic direction made sense has no clue of warehousing. The dock spaces are tight so blind side back at your own risk. Actually there’s room to u-turn and set up on your sight side. The shipping office is on the west end of the building. Hurry up and wait there as well. Loading time, 2 hours. If you’re keeping up with the time spent I’m displaying, it’s 3 hours.
Bottom line, they couldn’t offer me a rate high enough to load here again
