The contracted director for ICC (Ron Arp) is a dishonest fraud who was fired by Nautilus, then stated up a one man shop (Amplify Group) which has been marked by failed campaigns, such as "Land Here, Live Here" and bringing adult pee-wee baseball (i.e. single A short-season) to Vancouver during a recession so he could make a quick buck at taxpayer expense (can fact check with local newspaper). Now he is on to this place to make a quick buck and drive it into the ground like all his other "projects."
