These guys are great! They ship quickly and have excellent customer service. I had plenty of choices for parts and the prices are fair. I received my package that was freight within 4 business days! I ended up calling customer service because one of my items was missing in the package, and with no issues at all they promptly shipped me the item at no extra charge with a genuine apology. Customer service is rare and lacking now days so I will continue to support small businesses that provide excellent service, and selection. Well done IH Parts America! Great service and are always there to help you out, have bought many parts from them while restoring my 61 scout and will likely buy from them when I need parts for other ih builds. Steering and suspension are two of the more expensive things I have bought from them,they fit great and were easy to install.

$35 to ship a windshield gasket!!! After I voiced to the salesman that I quit buying from this company due to the insane shipping costs!

There are much more transparent and inexpensive options out there.

Ordered a steering rebuild kit according to the size of the input shaft on my scout. The kit ended up not having the correct size bearing and seals in it. I reached out and it was a delayed response (happened to be during KOH) but they made it right and worked with me to find/send the correct part.

I've been a customer with these guys for a decade or so. I've bought some parts from them, and even had them.modify my '62 Scout to fuel injection when I realized I'd never get around to it. I've brought their service department a kinda off-the-wall bench job on a rear differential on a friend's classic car that they were able to not only expertly repair, but set-up properly to what he wanted. They are honest, sell the best parts available, and do really clean work. They have a small parts showroom that is pretty cool to visit as well. Just a great small business. Support them!
