My order was forgotten and when I asked them about they said that they didn't have a ticket for my order. We gave them the receipt and I guess to fix their error they just smacked some Lettuce and some chicken and gave me a tiny portion. This salad is not worth the $15 I spent on it. I got this order to go and I don't even get silverware.

after waiting for over an hr and 15 minutes for delivery, my food arrived burnt and the packing was horrible all container top were off.. Thanks Ihop and Uber eats. you will never get my cash again

Each of us has a spot to go eat for our birthday. Our oldest son's choice has been IHOP since he was 3. The experience was great. Our waitress was awesome and helped make his birthday dinner special. There was some miscommunication on my part and our waitress made sure any mistake was corrected and fixed everything. When we were done eating she brought out a scoop of ice cream to make it even more special. On receipt it says Ciara...so I assume that is her name. Make sure she gets the praise she deserves on this review. Even manager was seen walking around checking in on everyone and made sure everything was good for us...even overheard another customer talking how they had made her order right when she had food delivered while she was in the hospital...so I would give 6 instead of 5 stars if I could on service

Despite anticipating a long wait due to the restaurant being full, we decided to dine there. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was professional and efficient, quickly providing our drinks. She offered helpful breakfast suggestions and patiently assisted the children in placing their own orders. The food arrived promptly, and the server thoughtfully inquired about salsa, which she promptly delivered. Throughout our meal, she ensured we had everything we needed.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at IHOP thanks to Donell! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and sat us down. He was not only our waiter, but also seemed to be handling most of the restaurant by himself — and he did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. He took our order, served our food, checked in on us throughout the meal, and even rang us up at the end as our cashier. Despite being so busy, he never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Donell is a true professional and went above and beyond. IHOP is lucky to have him — he made our visit genuinely enjoyable. Thank you, Donell!

It's your average IHOP.

The staff is really polite and nice, the food CAN be decent, and it's been quiet the couple of times we have gone. Which now that I think about it can be because the food quality is just not something to jump up and down about.

I do wish it was a bit cleaner (dead fly stuck to the window, flies in general. Everything is a bit worn down and could use a fresh coat of paint.

There new avocado bacon ranch burger. Comes with raw bacon and an embarrassingly small scoop of avocado. There night crew is terrible.
