The company took final payment. The railing was not installed properly and won’t pass final inspection. I called, texted, emailed the owner Dave Baran over 15 times over the past year. He refuses to call back or offer solutions.
Once we have someone else repair it, we will see him in court.
Things can go wrong, a reputable business will call back and make things right. I would think long and hard before using this company.
