I have a very bad experience with them. I ordered parts 2 months ago and I still haven't received anything. They warned me that there would be a 2 week delay upon purchase. now 2 months later I still don't have the tracking information or my parts. I would have liked to have a good note to leave but until now if he does not correct the situation I will take steps with my bank to get my money back

I received my cat delete pipes. I'm happy with them but it's really hard to get any to help you out. I want to get the cat back for my genesis. I'm trying to get videos so I can hear what it sounds like. It would take 10 seconds to send them. I was told two days ago they would send them but never received them and no one is answering. I'm not going to buy unless I can hear what it sounds like. I don't want to go elsewhere I want to stick to one company but I may have to. Other then that Evan is nice. It took longer to get my parts then advertised on website but I got them and they went on without any issue and sound good. Sometimes things take longer that didn't bother me.

I needed a part modified to fit an application. I dropped off the part with an IMR tech. The staff was very professional and responsive. I received my part on time and was very pleased with the results. It was reworked as I specified and even painted to enhance the appearance of the part. Excellent service and quality from IMR.

I am the proud owner of a ‘22 Acura TLX Type S. I ordered the catless downpipe, secondary pipe and the O2 sensor adapter. I spoke with Evans and he guided me during the whole ordering process. He is a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable. Shipping was super fast and I was able to install the downpipe and secondary pipes along with the O2 sensor adapter with no issues. I had my 14yr old son help me out and we were able to bond. Nothing better than bonding with some blood, sweat and grease. The exhaust components are beautiful!!! Thank you Evans and everyone who worked hard making the parts. Awesome craftsmanship.

Evan and his team at IMR are absolutely amazing. They take pride in their work by providing the best quality parts, great support and feedback and also provide constant updates about the status of the job. I came in for a traditional 60k service + All Wheel Steering delete on my 3000GT VR-4, and Evan had made sure that the car drove better than when it came in. Also letting me know of any potentially failing parts outside of the intended service and providing solutions to fixing those issues. I highly recommend IMR America.

Went for a trans issue a while back for 1995 3000GT SL, Evan (head mechanic) claimed that he was certain the issue was my throwout bearing and after a week of waiting, I got my car back only find that the noise had not gone away... Felt like I got scammed off $3k. (the issue was never my trans it was my clutch cable and only costed me $40) review is long overdue but that's the gist of my experience with IMR America.
