We had a great experience from beginning to end with IMT Stevenson Ranch. Chelsea was who we worked with and she did such an amazing job. She was very responsive, and answered all of our questions. She also went the extra mile to assist with putting delivered packages into the apartment to eliminate us having to come by and pick them up. She is awesome and she made our experience fantastic. Chelsea is an amazing employee and you all should be very proud to have her a part of your team. Thanks again Chelsea!

I was in the need for a nice safe apartment and the convenience of this place so close to the freeway and sitting on a hill with a great view was one of the big reasons. However, I must say what really made my decision to live here was the amazing customer service, friendliness and caring energy that emanated from all the staff but particularly from Chelsea. She was with me from the very beginning to the whole process of approval and touring. She would constantly check in with me and address any questions I had with a swift and detailed response. When the time came to finally move in she wrote me a very sweet handwritten letter welcoming me and telling me how happy she was for me. The extent of these little things, the going above and beyond, and the overall friendliness one feels similarly to a close friend/family makes one feel very welcome and for this reason I decided to take the time and write this review. Chelsea thank you for everything and always wishing you all the best.

I wanted to share how happy I am with my apartment. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the quality of the space and the overall living experience. The apartment is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to live. The management team has been fantastic—always responsive, professional, and friendly, which has made my time here even more enjoyable.

The community is well-maintained, and the amenities are a great bonus. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to live here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home!

We recently had the pleasure of touring a property with Patrick Moyna, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I went with my parents, who don’t speak much English, and Patrick was so sweet and patient, taking the time to ensure all of their questions (and mine!) were answered thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and never rushed, which was incredibly appreciated. Beyond the tour, Patrick was extremely helpful in following up with phone calls and guiding us through the application process. Although my parents ultimately decided not to move forward, the service and care we received was exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable guide! This is a great place to live. I feel like the office staff really works for you and make sure the problems are solved. Shout out to Kirsten, Chelsea and Talia for making my move-in smooth. After i moved in, there were 1-2 small issues with my apartment such as bathroom towel rod was loose, a small leakage near sink area. The maintenance and technicians immediately fixed these issues as soon as they were reported. Shout out to Spencer, Eric and Brandon.
This is a great place to live.

Do not move into IMT Stevenson Ranch. We moved out March 2024 and management made a mistake on our move out bill. We were told this would be corrected and we would be sent a new bill. At the end of April we were surprised with a collections call, & were forced to pay so it wouldn’t affect our credit. Getting ahold of management at Stevenson Ranch and getting them to fix this problem has been atrocious. July 2024 is when my calls finally produced some result and they updated our move out bill. However
we are still owed the difference. Collections is saying IMT Stevenson Ranch needs to reach out to them, IMT Stevenson Ranch claims, “They don’t usually handle that.” Collections said our refund could be processed the same day if they would just verify the new move out bill is correct. It is now October 21, 2024. They’ve been giving me the run around for 7 months, and upon seeing prior reviews, move out issues seem to be common. Don’t move here unless you want to deal with the awful management.

Edit: Almost immediately after I posted my review I was given a refund. However, I am doubling down on what I said, I HAD contacted IMT Stevenson Ranch directly because collections told us their office needed to fix it and update the account for them to issue us a refund. That’s when I was told by management that they didn’t usually handle that, and I tried explaining that collections told me they were waiting on them to respond to them in order to verify the new bill. They just didn’t care until I called them out publicly.

The Maintenance Team at IMT Stevenson Ranch are great! I’ve lived here for a few years now and they always respond very quickly to any service tickets. I recently had an issue in my apartment and Bo and Eric from the Maintenance team were quick to help and were very professional!

The office is horrendous. We were given a broken AC unit at move in during a heatwave that increased our bill 200%. Took them 3 months to fix it and after 5 months of trying to get reimbursement, we were told they do not offer reimbursements despite it being their fault. I do not recommend this apartment complex.
