Took my daughter in to get her learner's permit. She was nervous because she had to take a test. The ladies that work there were so polite and helpful. They knew my daughter was nervous and gave her encouragement and positivity. The lady that helped us talked her through everything and let her know that she could ask for help if she needed it. My daughter asked for help and the lady that helped her was busy, so the other lady went over and helped. When she passed her test, both of the ladies clapped and cheered for her. I feel that they went above and beyond in their job! Thank you ladies!

Fake blonde lady in the glasses working today at 1:30pm was absolutely insufferable. On hand I only had a copy of my social security card rather than the original and she laughed in my face. I was respectful and patient. Even apologetic. Apparently when a customer comes in it’s customary to laugh in their face and treat them like an idiot in a full lobby. She either needs to be removed or go through a training class regarding working with humans. Completely unprofessional. I’ll just drive all the way to Parsons. I’d also like to note there was an elderly lady before me and her address didn’t appear on the post office site and she was demeaned as well. I absolutely felt dehumanized and I felt for the older woman. You could recognize she already had a rough day and they spoke so horribly to her. Horrid place.

The facilities seemed nice and I was able to finally get what I needed but the employees were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered at a DMV. Both were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there-which I get it, it IS the DMV. But your job is a public facing job, you shouldn’t make the public feel like they are inconveniencing you for coming in.
One answered the phone while they were helping me and was sighing and rudely interrupting the person she was talking to. It felt as if they were going out of their way to be as rude as they were.
The employees either need new jobs or attend some training courses on how to be a better public service employee.

one of the employees is kinda rude, the phone doesn’t work so you can’t call or ask for info without going in and wasting your time

My experience at this Department of Revenue driver's license office was incredibly disappointing. The staff were rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Despite following their instructions to the letter, I was met with nothing but beratement and condescension. It's appalling that public servants can treat taxpayers this way. I would strongly advise anyone needing DMV services to find an alternative location where customer service is actually a priority. I suggest Chanute if you're able to go there.
