I needed a crank pulley spacer machined down and they did it perfectly. I called them at around 10am and they were very friendly and asked questions to clarify as I talked about what I needed. I went in around 11am that same day and I wait about 15 minutes as the part was machined. The price for the work was very fair. As the part was being machined I talked to another worked the whole time, the entire shop was friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience.

I had some machining I wanted done on a pistol slide. An acquaintance recommended I go see the guys at Ingalls, so I did. Through out my whole experience with them, I worked with Nick. After we decided on a course of action to do the work, I was told it would take a day or two at the most. I left the slide with Nick on July 5 which was a Wednesday. I didn't receive a call or any kind of communication for the rest of the week. I called on Saturday to get a status update but they were closed. The man who answered the phone was very short and dismissive. The following Monday was the 10th. I drove over to the shop to check on the status of the job. Nick told me he hadn't even started on it yet. He assured me it would be completed the next day which was Tuesday the 11th. I again asked to be called with any updates which Nick agreed to do. Tuesday came and went with no communication from him. At the time of me writing this review, it is Wednesday the 12. I called the shop twice this morning and no one answered. I had to drive over there again just to be told by Nick that he STILL hadn't started the job. Hadn't even touched it. He assured me it would be done by 2:00pm today. He said he would do it after lunch. This made me think; if the job can be completed that quickly, why wasn't it done when you said it would be?! This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Literally everything I asked Nick to do was not done. He had my slide for almost two weeks to do a 2 hour job and never even started. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
