Purchased an idle lock from this company. They sent me one that was just released and had no instructions to it. After calling several times they finally send me instructions to a different vehicle. I have called back, left email, left voicemails with no reply. This part is being installed in a police vehicle that needs to go back in service, unfortunately these people do not care and have made it very clear that I’m not going to get any help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Called because of a employee vehicle blew pass a school bus stop sign almost hit a kid and was honking her horn. The receptionist said so what do you want me to do about it. It's against the law and a kid almost got hit. I told her I have the license plate number and she laughed and hung up.
