4 hours for unloading … overnight parking on street park in opposite side on road facing oncoming traffic on washing ave … backups from road tight spaces … very slow …

It was easy to find and the employees were helpful in directing me where to go and who to see to get my load taken off. The unloading process was straightforward and even though I had a mixed load they did not delay in unloading me.

If you dropping the don’t start unloading you till about 8-9 am maybe or longer so get ready to wait

Horrible place to unload!!Depending on what you hauling you might have to back from the road into the bay,be careful because it’s a busy road. Slow unloading!!

Rude as hell I had an appointment window from 10am till 2pm to drop some steel material there. I arrived at 1pm and was told I was late and to come back the next day. I showed my appointment window and was told they didn't care they don't deal with outside trucks after 11am. Driver beware. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Unloading is not that slow . But backing from a busy street sucks . One more thing i parked on the street but police came and asked me to move at 2:30 am

Damn this place it took 5 hours to be unloaded. The crane crew came and block my way to park inside and didn’t even move for a minute to let me park my truck, so I turn around at they tight room park face in and get out on my right blind spot just because they didn’t want to move their cone and sign for a minute. Bad so bad
