I took over a project that had been stuck for a while. Mike with Iron Rock was the engineer. I tried for over a month to ask him a few clarifying questions regarding the drawings they had done on my project. He never returned calls - I had to just call repeatedly until he answered.

Later on I tried to follow up and ask about a substitution of materials made on the project. None of the documentation could be found, so Mike said he would have to take a look at the project. He told me he was busy, so I gave him a month with no word back. After several calls and finally talking with him, he said a few more weeks. I had offered money to help move the project along, since this was pausing the project and it was old work for them - they said no.

Months later and still no updates. He never returns calls or emails. When I do get a hold of Mike, he doesn't offer any options beyond, "I'll get back to you."

Hopefully none of you will need any work done after the initial project is complete. This is a history of my attempted contact with Mike. He has only sent me one email response through all of this.
