Brenden from Ironside Masons was awesome to work with. We had water gushing down from the chimney when it rains so we had water inside the house. We were desperate to find out exactly where the water was coming from. Called chimney guy and he confirmed it is not coming from the chimney. Then he suggested to call Masonery person and Brenden came to our rescue. He assured us that he WILL find out where the water is coming from, did the water test and discovered exact location of the leak which was on the roof. Then he took the matter on his own hand, called the roof guy and got it fixed. Oh what a relief that was to us! Oh, and this all happened when we were out of town!

Brenden is the best, professional, punctual, very easy to talk to. No doubt we will give him 5 stars hands down. We are very lucky to find the gem of a person like Brenden! We love you!!

Fantastic customer service the whole way through. Brendan, the team leader I worked with, was super responsive even on the weekend. Will absolutely use Ironside again for any of my business's brick repair and cleaning.

It looks like a negative review is the best way to catch the ear of this company. I had a scheduled appointment that Koree confirmed on the phone as he was driving to my house. My guess is that he drives a black pickup, as one showed up at the appointed time, but then left without so much as a knock on the door. I attempted to follow up with calls to his cell & main number, as well as text. Sadly no response from any method. I sincerely hope he is OK and did not encounter some kind of personal emergency.

Man named Cory came out to give me an estimate on brick repair. He took pictures with his phone and said he would send me an estimate later that afternoon. He never sent estimate, gave me no card or wrote anything down. I called their main number back 2 days later to ask why they never got back to me and they never returned my call. I guess they didn't want my business

I initially left a poor review for what I felt was neglect to follow up. I took issue with the silent response to my text and emails. Koree Sr. invested time and patience to thoroughly investigate my situation and provided strong evidence that these were just breakdowns in communications out of their control. Both Koree Jr. and Koree Sr. have acted with all sincerity. If this is any example of how they deliver services, then no doubt their company is 5 star. They have literally taken one of the worst reviews and converted me to a fan. Great customer service, family owned and integrity. That is something special.

I had to have my foundation repaired. After I had cracks and broken brick on my exterior walls. After Ironside masons estimater came out and reviewed my problems I decided to get them for my repairs. The crew that showed up where professional and courteous. The did the repairs cleaned up the mess and left the same day... I am very pleased with their work and will choose them if I have any other masonry issues.
