Mr. Larochelle, you have some explaining to do with your department since your the director return integrity verification Ops. Tell me why I filed my taxes February 3, 2024 for y’all accept it on February 6, 2024 and it is now August 10, 2024, and I still haven’t received my refund. I think you need to get your department in check I had a simple return minus my two children being on it but one I have claimed since 2017 and the other one since 2008. Nothings changed with my living situation or anything besides maybe a new job with a w-2 or now y’all call it a w-4. I think you’re lacking the integrity part of your title and one of your IRS agents. Want to tell me to give y’all another 120 days after you’ve already had it for 186 days hell no run me my money someone’s not doing their job up in there. y’all are just twiddling your fingers collecting a check, but I guarantee you every one of these IRS people that do their taxes have already got their money back tell me why so many Americans are waiting to get the money owed to them ?

It is too long to write down what happened except I only got half of my refund after eliminating my pension withholding. Had sent it in after receiving a letter from them asking for my w/2 forms😢. They still got it wrong evidently didn’t get it then after talking to them spending all day talking to different people told me to send it to Social Security in Pennsylvania why would I send it to SS. I sent it to KC now I think that is wrong. Probably never get remaining amount of my refund need people in there that know what they’re doing.

waiting one hour minimum with the call center , then they said you need to chose other options , so another hour of waiting , then the officer ask me to re send the documents which I had sent it a month ago , as they did not received it for unknown reason !?.
hope the vise president is reading our inputs to understand how the departments of his government is running

I’ve had to file my taxes and had to go through the process of mailing in my return because my child’s mother decided to go against the parenting plan, which is an issue the IRS should address moving fwd, prevention of tax payers claiming new dependents w/o documents. It’s been 6.5 weeks as the website states and I’ve heard absolutely nothing by mail, email, phone or pigeon. This is beyond unacceptable I’ve had to pay my damn taxes on time throughout the pandemic so I don’t want to hear no damn Covid impact nonsense at this point. This is beyond ridiculous, I was also told the Kansas City location shut down there phones, so it’s not even possible to speak to anyone at this location. Whoever signed for my return “N.Leap” should’ve started the process.

I filed my taxes back in January and they kept telling me to make an ID me account I done that twice now so everytime I call the irs they keep giving me different dates on when my taxes will be here ITS going into a whole different tax year and I haven't received my 2021 taxes or my 2022 taxes yet do anyone know how I go about getting my refunds because this is ridiculous

Knocking off one star because I have yet to receive my stimmy dawg. Most letters from this facility arrive within 3-4 days, but in this mysterious case, the delivery time seems to have exponentially increased. Huh, strange.
