Irving’s Just Beyond Paradise is committed to producing regionally-focused wines of an incredibly sophisticated nature. They have a wide range of varieties to suit a range of personal palates. Kansas wines have come a LONG way from the earliest KS wineries of 20 years ago. Ed Irvine’s international experience in agriculture has helped elevate their wine making, as has their Vintner who earned his winemaker’s certificate through the enology program at the University of California, Davis - the top school in North America. Ed Jr. is an accomplished chef and brings his culinary expertise to the winery’s amazing pizza selections! Ed and Cindy are extremely friendly and great at describing their wines regardless of your expertise in wine making. We’re incredibly fortunate to have this team’s unique set of expertise and talent right here in eastern Kansas. We’ll be taking all our friends here!

Super nice owners! Pretty cool setup, great wine 🍷 Update 8-1-22 My wife's band recently got a chance to play on the outside stage. Great set up, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Nice place to gig if you can. I also was able to have some food which was wonderful!

Irvine and his family at the winery are the nicest and most accommodating people. You really feel like family when you stop by. We had already had lunch but we stopped for a wine flight and some cookies and both were amazing!!!!!! The wine here was excellent i liked the chambourcin and the mead and would recommend. They had a pizza oven and i wish we had visited around lunch to try some.

Laid back winery just off of i70 with some fun takes on traditional wines. The oak aged pear was delicious and the tomato wine would be great in a Bloody Mary! Worth stopping by and enjoying a glass of wine!
