This firm was recommended to me by a building surveyor for a lime mortar repointing project for which I provided a detailed specification in Sept 2021.

I chased for an estimate on several occasions but could never get past what appeared to be very weak office adminstration with no one able to take ownership. Today, Jan 27 2022 I called again to be told they don't do lime pointing and was given the details of a sub contractor in Manchester.

If anyone with a level of control in the firm reads these reviews then I recommend a review of your processes for assessing potential new business. The admin staff who answer the telephone and handle emails may benefit from some training in communication.

We worked with this company to supply labour and we are still owed money from them. Being told we will get paid to then not responding to calls or emails. Not very professional when you don’t pay our suppliers for services.
