Worse phone call experience I have ever had. They were super hostile towards me. I am a young entrepreneur and instead of being open to what I am getting Involved with they completely shut me down. I stayed professional and appreciated there advice, but the acted like they were all that. Be advised before you call you if your not a big as them they'll send you on your way.

They sometimes take other depts' equipment with them and expect you to come get it from their remote location, indicating poor attention to detail, lack of respect for other depts' resources and time or responsibility for their mistakes (when you called them during wrap to see if they had the gear before they got too far from location, and they told you they did...)
