Waste of time and money. I would be very careful ordering from them. I saw the other reviews and did extra work up front to confirm we would not have issues but they have still been a disaster. Delivery for my tank required crossing a private bridge, so before ordering I requested they come out to confirm they would be able to deliver. They did promptly complete a site visit, which I appreciated. While on site I had their rep specify a location for our tank relative to our power lines. Delivery day came and they changed their minds, said they could not cross the bridge. Then said even if they did cross the bridge they could not put the tank where they specified they wanted the hole dug because of the power lines. I had to get a different tank delivered from another company, wasted $1,500 on extra fill and changing the shape of the hole. Very disappointed.

Worst place I have ever done business with, ever. Multiple missed delivery dates and times. I had to go to their location at least half a dozen times. They stopped answering my calls. The product was finally delivered about 10 weeks late. This used to be a reputable company. Something changed. And the lady behind the front desk is the definition of useless. Not sure if she is incompetent or if her lack of action is directed from management. I was lied to multiple times. I will never do business with them again.

They illegally charge a fee to use your credit card. This is illegal in the Sate of California per California Civil Code section 1748.1; that prohibits retailers from adding a surcharge when a consumer chooses to use a credit card instead of paying by cash.

Just know that they are illegally charging consumers an additional fee that they have no legal right to do.

Not only does this violate State laws but it also violates their merchant agreements with Visa and Mastercard.

After being led on for weeks, they once again missed another delivery, and now are not answering there phone. Thos cost my bussines more money than there tank is worth. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL JUST BE DISSAPOINTED AND WASTE ALOT OF VALUABLE TIME!!!!!!!!
