Twice in the last 6 months I ventured into store to have a watch repaired and a ring size adjusted. Both times I was greeted warmly and helped, above and beyond my expectations. The same gentleman Alan helped me on both occasions. I left with such a positive feeling each time. Prior to this I went with my son to select an Engagement ring, again the experience was warm, friendly and helpful.
Now I can’t wait to return with another project I have in mind. This is why they have such Customers Loyalty. May it continue!

Jewelry designs has been a wonderful place for my husband and I. I have been a customer for over 7 years. During that time my husband has purchased my engagement ring, wedding bands for both of us, rings that were custom made for my birth month and countless gold necklaces and earrings. Working with Gary over the course of the many years has been a pleasure. Not only he is an amazing person but knows my taste in jewelry and styles so that it makes it easier for my husband to pick out something that I would like for my birthday and/or anniversary. We will forever be a customer here, because of all the great experiences we have had, especially with Gary. There is nothing about Jewlery Designs to complain about! Gary who we have worked with on many pieces is amazing in designing pieces for us! He is always pleasant, kind and goes above and beyond! All of the staff is always welcoming and ready to help. Francis in the back who helps Gary get things exactly how I want them is more than accommodating and a huge asset! I don’t always know exactly who is building the pieces I want, but the craftsman and quality is by far the best around! Their pricing is in my opinion more than fair, especially for the quality you get. Whenever I am in the area I stop in and Gary is so welcoming and immediately takes all my pieces and has them checked and cleaned! I hope everyone I have mentioned is compensated properly because they deserve it!

I first came to Jewelry Designs over 25 years ago for an engagement ring and then our wedding bands. Fast forward to now, and for our 25th anniversary I wanted a really special new wedding band for my wife to replace the original that was lost many years ago. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Gary S. on this special project, along with several other custom pieces: gifts for my wife and daughter...and one for myself. Couldn't be happier! Gary was fantastic to work with; He listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me come up with great designs that were within my budget, including a spectacular new wedding band. She was so surprised and absolutely LOVES it! We don't live nearby anymore, but I'm very glad I traveled back to Connecticut to shop at Jewelry Design once again. Everything came out great and was ready right on time. True craftspeople there who really do an amazing job! Definitely recommend Jewelry Designs and Gary S.
