We hired JK Construction to do a complete gut and remodel of a bathroom in our house. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend JK to anyone. Some of the highlights from our experience:
-Uncomplicated/ clear project bid.
-Great communication during the entire project.
-Subcontractors were respectful and extremely professional (plumbing, tile, electric, drywall).
-Clean work environment. At the end of the day things were picked up, tarped-off, etc. so we could still 'live' in the space.
-Project was completed in a timely fashion.
-Most of all, things were DONE RIGHT! We are very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work.

Justins crew were great to work with. They were courteous, respectful, let us know when they were coming, honest and did great work. It was so refreshing to have a real finish carpenter working on the trim. After dealing with so many contractors that would not call back or be honest, JK was a breath of fresh air. Justin and his crew did a complete exterior remodel including two additions on our home. From recommending engineers for the initial plan development through the finished project his company did absolute first rate work at a very reasonable costs. Nearly two years after completion the work looks fantastic.
1) came in on estimate - no overages even though it took a bit longer than planned
2) custom milled the vertical, random width siding and it is stunning
3) were on time every day and worked hard throughout the process. No “disappearing acts” ever.
4) their pride in craftsmanship is obvious in the finished product. Witnessed them remove and replace work they weren’t happy with. Their standards are very high.
5) twice in the two years since they finished there have been minor problems and they immediately came out to fix them. The last ended up not being a result of their work, yet Justin said “I’m here and it’ll only take a few minutes” and did the repair at no cost. I can’t stress how important this ethical approach is since there will always be follow up items in a project of this magnitude.
6) his word is his bond.

I can’t imagine there is a more skilled crew or ethical contractor in the area. Would use him again without reservation, in fact would schedule the project to make sure they could do it.

I may have presented a poor review regarding the driver of a company truck. After a conversation, I deleted that review and may have mistook the company for another. I have only an apology and kudos to share regarding the professionalism of the leaders of JK Construction. Thank you!?

Justin, along with Tanner and Wes, really made my house look brand new despite being 70 years old and far from square, plumb, or level. They demonstrated true craftsmanship installing the LP smartside and I'd be happy to have them back to do more work. Thanks guys!
