Well they have a very different address than what there sign says . Then sat in the dock for about 4 hours . They said the load was 44,500 pounds but it was about 40,000 which was better for me... guard shack and no over night parking

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely disrespectful unloading person. Disrespectful warehouse lady saying she hates doing talllow. I have never experienced this disrespectful nasty attitude ever …not at this location. They have always been professional and nice but this is ridiculous. The heavyset middle aged black lady with glasses was so rude I have been sitting all day to be unloaded and she had an attitude complaining about being there for 2 hours. I don’t know where they got her from but they need to send her back. I am an extremely professional driver that didn’t respond to her negativity but please yall need to get someone better. She is incompetent and doesn’t know how to properly read paperwork or handle a scale … she needs something that has no human interaction

This is the Production Address. If you are bringing in raw materials, I have sodium chloride in a dry van. THIS SIDE seems to be 0700- 1600 fcfs.
The Distribution Side is where you might run into problems, based on reviews.

Guardshack was okay just slide tandems to back before entering plenty of spots to choose from when backing fast in and out
If you need to scale when you leave the guardshack make a right then a left on the road then another left and a loves is about a mile down the road

Enter the plant at 3pm.
Now is 3:45pm and it took me 45 minutes to find where to go and find the door.
A lot useless people working here.
Crowded space around docks so truck driver cannot park.
Probably my first and last time with this company.

This is the production plant, NOT the distribution center.
Security very helpful. Unload clerk cheerful. Stated "please don't show up more than 1 hour before unload appointment. Will get to you as fast as we can, but early trucks make things a mess." Easy in and out. Fast unload.
No complaints.

I brought frozen protein here. My appointment was at 6pm which I arrived on time for. It’s now midnight and have yet to be docked. If it is possible avoid this place like the plague. Crazy how often this sort of thing happens to us drivers. Makes it hard to justify being away from home. I really wish that trucking companies would just boycott places like this. The pick up for this load also took several hours.
