I’ve got 15 years in this game and this is the very first time I truly ever felt honored, respected, and appreciated for doing business. The tall light-skinned black gentleman at the shipping office was EXTREMELY kind, EXTREMELY respectful, and caring. Grade A++ customer service. This man is an ABSOLUTE diamond. I wish there were clones of him at every shipper and receiver I’m dispatched to.
