Incredible experience with Dr.Brown, his entire facility and staff. They were all extremely polite, professional and helpful. Dr.Brown was able to thoroughly explain and educate me on my situation and helped navigate my next steps to recovery within my preferences. Overall incredible experience.

Walked in at 7:55 for 8 am appt and was in the exam room by 8:05. Very pleasant receptionist. Dr.’s nurse, Ashley, is amazing and quick to identify what is being said and needed, and then there’s Dr Brown himself. He is such a caring, charismatic and knowledgeable person. Showed me medical pamphlets and explained what was needed, listened to my questions and answered them, and was just such a pleasant person to have helping me. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and his office staff.

Dr. Brown and this whole organization is truly amazing. He wasn't sure if he could reattach a full thickness rotator cuff tear.
He reattached it and my recovery was shorter than expected. 9 months out and I'm throwing a football with my grandson.

As a retired health care professional I appreciate it when I have been cared for in a manner I was accustomed to treating my patients: listening to their concerns and letting them take part in the discussion of treatment options based on their lives and individual concerns. Dr Brown has a friendly and comfortable approach to his questioning about reasons for the visit and then uses a conservative and reasoned process of care and treatment. He is a surgeon but doesn’t rush into a surgical-first mode of care.

Very satisfied with the outcome of my surgery!
Dr Brown explained test results and proposed procedure in an understandable manner.
At my post op appointment, he also thoroughly explained his findings and what was done to fix the muscle tear.
If you are having shoulder issues, I highly recommend Dr Brown.

Dr. Brown is top notch!! He listens, patience and a great demeanor.
He is the BEST Shoulder surgeon I know. My husband and I have known Dr.Brown for 25 years. He has worked and did my husbands knee surgery and my shoulder surgery. Best doctor/surgeon in town. I would highly recommend Dr.Brown and his Medical Assistant Ashley the best!! They are family to us. I have referred several friends to him and they have had great success and love Dr.Brown too.

After multiple surgeries I can say with absolute certainty Dr Brown is the best! He is incredibly gifted and his recovery rates are at the top of the scale. He is kind, empathetic and I believe he truly cares for the success of his patients post op. I highly recommend him.
