Company employees are lacking professional integrity and emotional intelligence. Company employees are condescending, entitled and have an unprofessional demeanor. This company consistently parks a truck and trailer in a no parking loading zone of a neighboring residential community they are not associated with or contracted to do work for. When asked to move their vehicle out of the no parking zone, the company employee was contentious and rude, going as far as sacrificing the companies personal image by daring us to “call the city” to have them “ticketed and towed” as a solution.

I believe customer service is important and the company is represented by the people they employ.

Based off my experience, I would highly recommend that you find a alternative, more respectable company.
