Buyer Beware!!! This guy is a con! Before signing a contract, review very carefully. If contract doesn’t specifically list the item, assume it’s not included. For example, door handles are not included when he installs new kitchen cupboards. Those cost extra we learned when kitchen remodel was nearly complete. Apparently we didn’t tell him prior to signing contract we wanted to be able to open our new cupboards. We don’t ask the car dealer if steering wheel is included when buying a car, we just assume it is. Ask lots of questions before entering into contract. Don’t assume anything when dealing with this guy. Get it in writing. Very bad experience!
