Every time I've ever had to use Joys it's been a frustrating experience! The customer service is rude and the services are overpriced but they know they have you because this town doesn't have a FedEx. Make sure you print your own label before you come or they charge $5 to print there. Highly recommend UPS on 30th for your shipping needs!

I have only gone here a couple of times in however many times it's been in Hutch. But every single time I have gone in, the workers make the experience quick and easy. They are friendly and have great customer service. It was an in and out trip for me.

Great customer service! They've got everything you need for shipping things and are very helpful.

Great place to get bubble wrap, tape, boxes, and more packing supplies. Check out their funny birthday cards, we got a good laugh from some of them.

Always very friendly and fast service. Holidays can have a line, but they keep it moving along. I drive 30 miles and ship from here instead of my hometown post office because I know Joy's will be open, have the shipping supplies I need, and I won't have to worry.

I waited at the counter behind a customer that was being helped. As soon as Joy finished ringing up the customer she immediately went to help 2 shoppers without so much as an "I'll be right with you..." there was another employee that was wiping down a table. She saw my look of bewilderment when I was left standing there & she responded by saying that they weren't ignoring me, the other customers were there before me,yet she finished wiping the table before helping me lol. I had no problem waiting, but acknowledging my presence before leaving me standing would have been a nice, customer service gesture. Also, the other customers walked in 2 seconds before me so there's that. I'll chalk this up to the season being busy but I hope next time the experience will be better.
