JT Electrical was very responsive to our service needs. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Confirmation was sent immediately with a 1 hour range. We were notified when our service man was headed our way. He was very kind and efficient. He inspected the issues and had them fixed in just a couple hours.

They where able to come the day after I called to wire up the water heater. They do not over charge and arrived right on time. Everyone was really nice, and they did great work.

We have had a breaker that has been problematic for a long time and recently had been tripping on almost a daily basis. I put in the call to JT Electric and was told that they could have someone out to my house the next day between the hours of 10am & 11am. I was sent a confirmation text almost immediately confirming the appointment time and name of the service tech.
I was contacted by this morning at 8:55am by Josue Tamayo and told that they were running a bit late by should arrive by 10:30am. Mr. Tamayo and his assistant arrived promptly. He asked the nature of the problem and agreed that the breaker most likely needed to be replaced.
Mr. Tamayo was very friendly, competent and professional. He took the time to explain what was likely the reason for the problem with the breaker.
The level of communication and professionalism provided by JT Electric was exceptional and they have won me over. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others who are in need of electric work.
