Kristian and his team were amazing. We have been struggling to find a way to enclose our screened in porch with minimal hardware and eye sores. They developed a plan and it came out seamless. We are so happy with the work they did and how great it looks. Kristian was also extremely responsive. Once we had a quote the team started immediately and completed the job in 2 days. They were very trustworthy, prompt, transparent, and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future. 😊

Kristian and his team overall did a fantastic job. Very communicative and responsive to our requests. We had multiple jobs done - opened up and patched a water damaged wall, diagnosed the issue and repaired said window trim, installed overhead light fixtures in various rooms, fixed a door in the basement to allow for better air flow, fixed the missing rodent proofing on the roof and chimney flashing, and even installed a Ring camera for us. Price points all seemed very fair too. Thanks for the hard work!

If you can believe it, K&X solved our construction related problem and did not charge me anything! We recently moved into our new condo and could not figure out how to close the flue on our gas fireplace. Kristian came by and showed me how the handle for the flue door had broken off and how to open/close it. He refused to take any payment. And he helped us adjust the refrigerator door so that it closed more snugly. He is clearly honest and ethical ... rare qualities in today's world

Kristian and his crew did an outstanding job demoing our entire bathroom and rebuilding it from the ground up. The whole process was only 5 weeks from start to finish and this was a major remodel which involved removing and adding walls. The quality of the finished room is top notch! Before was a horribly cramped, single vanity, tiny stall shower with separate tub, ugly 1950’s bathroom. New photos are the curbless slate shower, open concept room, and double vanity.

It was unfortunate to have such a bad experience with Kristian because the reason we chose him as our contractor was because the reviews on here were so great. After looking through them you can see that a lot of the reviews that are posted are from family or friends. From our own experience with him, there’s no way all these reviews are genuine customers. First of all, he is very dishonest as the price he gave us for the work that was done was way off of what the value was for it. It’s not just us saying this, but we had people come out and give us estimates and they also confirmed the price was very off of what it was worth. He also charges taxes and add on fees that I have never had any other contractor add on to the bill. I have multiple properties and I’ve worked with countless amounts of contractors I have never had prices like this. It also looks like he does work when he and his team feel like it as they don’t give you dates and times for the work they have to do, but estimates like “maybe this week” or “early next week” it’s super unprofessional. He also does not go to estimates with insurance, which most contractors I have worked in the past go to, that alone tells you how sketchy this company is. This whole experience working with Kristian has been very stressful and frustrating and not at all what we expected it to be. I hope this review helps anyone else that is thinking about working with him so they don’t have to go through what we did.
