Very disappointed with the work that was done on my skid steer. Even if you get a quote for work to be done, it will be missing a lot of information and completely off. Quote missed 2 hydraulic filters and didn't even do all the work discussed. Even after discussing specifics on what maintenance work was to be done, still missed checking the chains. Reason for not doing this check, we didn't have time, they had my skid steer for 2 weeks. Checking the flow rate on the hydraulics, only checked at the connections on the arms until I asked them to do their due diligence and check the other side of the auxiliary valve to verify it was a pump and not a valve issue. Don't need to replace parts that don't need to replaced in the first place. Adjustments done on auxiliary noted not working correctly as it was before. When called about this matter no mention that they could resolve the issue. Found a connection in the belly area that was disconnected and not plugged back in. I know this was not like before it went in. Leak that noted, reason for taking it in, fixed, I think anyways. Had a tool in cab that is now missing, they cant find it anywhere in shop, benches, I even checked the belly of the machine to see if it was there. No luck. If you need a machine worked on, check around at other locations and do your research.

I would just like to share I am impressed by the service team especially Cale, he or he seems to work me into the schedule when needed and does quality work. Also, to Mark who is the salesman there does an excellent job getting you into the equipment you need.

During hay season the shop guys and parts guys have been super helpful in repairs in the field and well as in their shop. Nathan, Cale and Alex are super mechanics. Dustin and Seth at the parts counter always try to cheer you up when they see you come in the door as buying parts can be painful. Overall, a great family of staff to help you with your farm implement needs. Thanks for your good attitude and straight forward honesty too!
