Attention Truckers: This is gonna be a tight area if your driving a sleeper truck with a 53 ft van. Turn into the property driveway and someone will approach your truck to check you in. Usually after check in they will ask you to drop your trailer so the yard jockey can dock your trailer to get unloaded if delivering. When I was there there was no jockey, instead they had me drive to the building across the street (labeled "R+L Global") so I can dock the trailer into the door that is furthest to the North-west of the building. This is a somewhat difficult and tight back but setting yourself up right and doing this slowly should make this process easier.

1 hour later after I was unloaded I was given my signed BOL's and I was free to go. Keep in mind your experience and where you dock may be different from mine.

Overall my experience here was very positive. The workers here are nice, and unloading didn't take long. Make sure you can make your appointment time, its very important. Use your trucker path app to find nearest truck stops.

The dry building directly north is a fun place to dock. The lady that unloaded the trailer was super nice and accommodating. It’s great getting treated like a human being. Wish more deliveries were like today.

Dock 6 is gonna be a pain but these are some really nice folks. Took me in a day early so that’s always a plus. They also get you parked on the street rather than kick you out so a well earned 5 stars from me.

Charles the yard driver is a super nice and helpful guy. A genuinely positive guy that we wish every yard driver was like. It would be 5 stars but unless you can find the yard driver good luck getting your paper work. I waited outside where they put the papers (wooden shack) but nothing, rang the bell at the front door, no response, called the number a few times, no answer. Drop and hook took an hour. Without Charles lord knows how long it would have took. Give that man a raise!

Awesome place to deliver too. The back on the dry side is a little tight if you have a long wheel base like I do. But the yard driver had me drop my trailer and put it in the door for me. Thank you!! They were pretty quick too.

Easy to find. Polite people. Thank you PRIME INC. for messing things up. Got here early as instructed but they don't load early and used to be the hostler would back your trailer in for you if you ran out of hours but that's prohibited now. Had to do a 7 hour SB split to get enough time to get loaded. Going pretty quickly.

NO STARS…. 8 almost 9 hours later still sitting here waiting for a what should have been drop n hook. The jockey is remedial as hell and should get the stick out his… He gave some lame excuse as to why it isn’t ready and told me to park on the street & he’ll come get me (where there hardly any parking), he never came. He had 5 of my empty’s yet he’s putting other trailers in the door a head of my already late load. This will be the last time we pick up from this dump. Never again
